If your flight is cancelled and you haven't traveled, refund under our standard 14-day policy. If it's been more than 14 days, contact us anyway — we handle these case-by-case.

If your trip is postponed, we usually extend your eSIM validity instead of refunding.

Good news: all major Chinese apps accept foreign phone numbers. Enter your country code + number. WeChat SMS may be delayed 5-10 minutes. Didi up to 20 minutes. 12306 uses passport verification instead. Don't request multiple codes — it can lock your number temporarily.

No — get one working first. Start with Alipay Tourist Pass (easiest setup, 5 minutes). WeChat Pay's advantage (peer-to-peer payments) only matters if you have Chinese contacts sending you money. 90% of visitors only need Alipay.
