5. EXPLORE
EXPLORE collects itinerary information, not identity information.
To complete your Trip Check, you may provide travel information such as dates, cities, transportation, accommodation, attractions, existing bookings, questions, preferences, or constraints relevant to your itinerary.
We do not need your full name, passport details, identity documents, or payment card information to review your itinerary.
Please remove or hide unnecessary personal or sensitive information before sending us itineraries, booking confirmations, or other travel documents.
If you accidentally send information we did not ask for and do not need, we will not use it for unrelated purposes.
6. Payments
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Payment providers may process information needed to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, issue a refund, or handle a payment dispute under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
ChinaGo may receive information necessary to manage your order, such as payment status, amount, transaction reference, and other transaction information made available to us by the payment provider.
Please do not send payment card information to ChinaGo by email or as part of an EXPLORE itinerary submission.
